GENERAL Georgian two storey on 6 acres in 1838. It was for sale in 1947 on 6 acres and to
let on 7 acres in 1862. In 1950 a CPO was issued on a portion of the front garden and wall by
Dublin County Council to allow for the widening of the Bray Road (7 perches). Between 2000 and
2002 Dunstaffnage Hall was built on the land and in 2004 Dunstaffnagh Mews was added.
YEAR BUILT circa 1830
VALUATION In 1912 the valuation was 66 pounds and on the 1911 census it is noted as
having 18 rooms occupied by family.
