GENERAL A detached two storey three bay house with large rooms and frontage of 240'
to the Leopardstown Road. It started life as Palermo and was used initially as an overflow for the
Foxrock Hotel. The dining room was 18' x 15' and the sitting room was 20' x 16'. It had a front and
aside bay window and a simple central door topped by a semi elliptical overlight typical of houses
built on the Foxrock estate. It had a pitched slightly overhanging slate roof with bracketed eves.
