NAME WALTERSLAND
AREA LOCATION STILLORGAN, opposite the reservoir.
MAP LOCATION OSI maps of 1838-1845 and 1898-1913 place it in the townland of Waltersland
and it is annotated as Waltersland on both maps. It is also on Taylors map of 1816. The house
was demolished in 1962 and so far no images of it have surfaced. Lawnswood Park off Brewery
Road was built on this site.

VALUATION In 1912 the valuation was 50 pounds and in the 1901 census it is noted as
having 18 rooms occupied by family.
