GENERAL Large residence with excellent basement three reception rooms and six bedrooms
with gatelodge on 2 acres reached by a carriage drive in 1871. It also had servants apartments, a
walled in garden, vinery, conservatory, stabling for three horses and two coach houses. It was noted as
being a non-basement residence by 1933 and as having a gardeners cottage in 1947.

VALUATION In 1848 the valuation was 68 pounds and in the 1911 census it is noted as
having 12 rooms occupied by family.
