GENERAL It was on sale in 1859 (nearly finished) on nearly one acre. It had four
reception rooms, six bedrooms and three servants rooms. It also had a lock-up yard and stabling.

VALUATION In 1938 the valuation was 65 pounds and in the 1901 census it is noted as
having 13 rooms occupied by family.
ARCHITECT Unknown but built by Bentley Brothers.
