Gaylawn & San Salvador c1930), named changed to Glendower House
circa 2003.
AREA LOCATION Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock

Green North and it is annotated as Newtown Park Villa and Charleville House
respectively.
GENERAL Large house split in two by Valentine E Kirwan and given an 'Italian' makeover.
The stables were converted to create a third residence. The house now has two
separate entrances from Newtownpark Avenue. Gaylawn is now called
Glendower House and Charleville is now the Junior Chef Cookery School.
