carriage drive with a gate lodge which was erected circa 1858 costing approx £500. The lease was sold to
Joseph Robinson Kirk in 1863 for 2650L and 52L annual rent.

VALUATION Valuation 87L in 1863. In the 1901 census it is noted as having 19 rooms occupied by six
family members.
