GENERAL Five bay Two storey house with a stone coach house. Part of the estate
was sold off for the building of 8 houses on Avoca Avenue circa 1855, another part of the estate
was sold off to create Beaumont Gardens. Beaumont Cottage also built on the grounds circa
1950's. Waltham Terrace was built on the original Avenue to this house. Ormsby also owned
Hilton Lodge next door and was the original owner of the houses of Waltham Terrace.
