annotated.
GENERAL Listed incorrectly in Thom's directories as Mapoon Villa possible called
after Mopoon in Burma or in Australia. It is a double fronted detached non-basement redbrick
Victorian residence.
YEAR BUILT Lease dated 1882 for 150 years
VALUATION In 1912 the valuation was 38 pounds and in the 1911 census it is
noted as having 10 rooms occupied by the family.
ARCHITECT Unknown but one of four houses built on the Road by P J McCabe of
Main Street Dundrum (including Richview)
