GENERAL
A house was built on the site circa 1800 called Roebuck Grove (one of three Roebuck Groves in the
area). This now forms part of Our lady's Grove and is known as the Provincialate. In 2017 Durkans
applied for permission for residential units on the site with the preservation of Roebuck Grove House.
