NAME Drummartin Lodge/Cambray
AREA LOCATION Neilstown, Lower Kilmacud Road junction with Goatstown Road.
MAP LOCATION OSI maps of 1898-1913 place it in the townland of Mountainville and
it is annotated as Drummartin Lodge.
GENERAL Entrance via gatelodge and Drumbeg. Double fronted without basement.
When the lease was sold on in 1923, it was described as having walled gardens and a tennis
court on 5 acres. It was for sale in both 1956 and 1965 still on 5 acres. The gatelodge is now
called Drummartin Mews. The gatelodge was for sale in 1980 guiding 60-70K and is still
extant.

VALUATION In 1912 the valuation was 53 pounds.

OF ROOMS In the 1911 census it is noted as having 11 rooms occupied by family.
