NAME Hollypark/Hollywood House
AREA LOCATION Mount Anville Road close to the Goatstown junction.

GENERAL Large Victorian three bay, two storey over basement house. It has
a rendered façade of smooth plaster with projecting quoins and a corniced parapet. It
has a slated and hipped roof. Entrance by way of a short flight of granite steps to a split
door topped by a large fanlight with glazed panels on either side. Period features include
two Adams marble fireplaces and ornate cornices. Two small houses on the grounds.
YEAR BUILT circa 1840
VALUATION In 1900 the valuation was 118 pounds.
