GENERAL Charming detached Georgian villa with two reception rooms and four bedrooms. When
for sale in 1855 it had a servants apartments, coach house and stabling for two horses. Two storey, three
bay with decorative drip moulds and bargeboards.
YEAR BUILT circa 1820
VALUATION In 1865 the valuation was 25 pounds and in the 1901 census it is noted as having
16 rooms occupied by family. It was for sale in 1917 and sold in 1918.
