ALT LAKE CITY — Genealogy enthusiasts will travel to Salt Lake the early part of February to take part in this year's RootsTech, the biggest family history conference in the world.
Conference officials recently announced musical guests and keynote speakers who will entertain audiences the first week of February.
The Crescent Super Band and Ryan Innes will join together in an exclusive performance at the opening social Feb. 4, according to RootsTech.
The Crescent Super Band has often been called one of the best professional bands in the world. Ryan Innes has previously performed on NBC's "The Voice."
On Feb. 5, David Isay, the award-winning radio producer and founder of StoryCorps, will address event goers, and Michael Leavitt, who previously served in the Cabinet of George W. Bush, will speak Feb. 6.

Leavitt is the founder and chairman of the health consultancy group Leavitt Partners.
Doris Kearns Goodwin, a presidential historian and author, will join Leavitt as a keynote speaker Feb. 6.
Additional conference keynote speakers include lifestyle bloggers Naomi and Josh Davis, well-known author Bruce Feiler, Chairman and CEO of Madison Media Management LLC Paula Williams Madison and Steve Rockwood, president and CEO of FamilySearch International.
The Lower Lights, another musical group, will also perform Feb. 6. The group has been together for five years and has three gospel albums and two Christmas albums.
