Reading Rooms - New Delivery Arrangements
With effect from Monday, 12 October, we will be introducing new order times for deliveries in our reading rooms. We will be introducing hourly deliveries in the Main Reading Room and in the Manuscript Reading Room at the following times:
Monday-Wednesday: 9.30, 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00, 17.00, 18.00, 19.00
Thursday-Friday: 9.30, 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00
Saturday: 9.30, 10.30, 11.30
A maximum of 3 printed items (for example, books, journal issues, or microfilm reels) and 3 manuscript items or 3 rare books, can be ordered for each order cut-off time. If more than 3 printed items or 3 manuscript items are requested, the additional material will be reserved for subsequent order times.
The cut-off time for orders in a particular delivery is 15 minutes before the delivery time, e.g. last orders for the 10.30 delivery will be accepted at 10.15.
* Please note that orders for the 9.30 delivery must be placed by the last order time on the previous working day.

That's how I tend to think about services that are recorded in church registers so it was a nice suprise today when the RCB L published their monthly archive, to discover that sometimes the registers can tell you a little more.
