Arthur Moran born circa 1818 married Grace Healy on 30.11.1844 at St Paul's, Dublin.
Grace was the daughter of John and Judith Healy. Arthur Moran living in Queen Street
in the 1851 Census. His occupation was a confectioner in 1858 and the family were
living at 85 Queen Street. By 1862 the Morans were no longer living at Queen Street.
Arthur is listed at a publican of Stillorgan in 1867 at what is now known as Boland's Pub.
He died aged 39 later that year and was buried at Goldenbridge. Grace became the
licencee and died on 18.04.1884. She was buried on Goldenbridge. Probate was to her
children Arthur and Grace.

2 John Moran baptised 20.01.1848 at St Paul’s, Dublin. John Moran born circa
1852 a publican died unmarried on 05.08.1882 aged 30 years at Stillorgan.

3 Philip Francis Moran baptised 07.10.1849 at St Paul’s, Dublin. Sponsors Philip
Moran and Mary Anne Riddle. Philip Moran born circa 1855 died 15.01.1869
aged 14 years and is buried at Glasnevin. Relative John Moran.
4 Michael Joseph Moran baptised 05.10.1851 at St Paul’s, Dublin. Sponsors Martin
Toole and Sarah Healy. Michael Moran of Stillorgan, a carpenter married Mary
Catherine Taafe on 02.02.1881 at St Michael's Chapel, Kingstown. Mary was
the daughter of Patrick Taafe of 64 Upper George's Street, Kingstown. They lived
at Brewery Cottages, Stillorgan. Michael Moran applied for a licence to sell
liquors at Stillorgan on 10.10.1893. Catherine died on 20.101896 aged 32 years
at Holles Street and Michael died 30.08.1899 aged 43 at St Michael's Hospital.
They are buried at Deansgrange.
1 Arthur Moran born 07.09.1883 at Stillorgan. Arthur living with Johanna
Byrne a greengrocer and family at 89 Stillorgan North aged 16 in 1901.
Arthur a private in the Royal Munster Fusiliers died on 29.09.1916 in
Salonika, Greece. Property to his sister Josephine Moran of St John’s,

6 Arthur Joseph Moran baptised 30.11.1856 at St Paul’s, Dublin. Sponsors Richard
Hyland and Mary Anne Rydall. Arthur Moran applied for the licence after the
death of his mother but he was refused, and his cousin Mary Anne Rydall
became the licensee and manager of the public house. Arthur died unmarried
of TB on 27.05.1896 aged 30 years at Stillorgan. Informant Mary Mither. Arthur
is buried at Deansgrange with his sister Grace. Michael Moran was in charge of
the internment.
5 Grace Mary Moran born 03.04.1859 baptised 06.04.1859 at St Paul’s, Dublin.
Sponsor Sarah Healy. Grace Moran died unmarried of TB on 29.08.1893
aged 26 years at Stillorgan. Informant Catherine Moran. Grace is buried at
Deansgrange with her brother Arthur.
