2 Julia Goulding born 15.01.1881 at Ballysax, Kildare was working at Lota, Cross Ave in 1901
for the Boxer family. She married Francis Kennedy of Royal Hospital, Kilmainham son of P J
Kennedy on 14.09.1921 at Suncroft Roman Catholic Church, Naas, Kildare. Her sister
Margaret was a witness.
3 Agnes Goulding born 09.07.1883 at Ballysax was working as a servant in Blackrock in 1901.
4 Patrick Goulding born 29.02.1885 at Ballysax, Kildare. Patrick was groom to Charles Evan
Roderick Pottinger and was left a legacy in 1915 when Charles was killed on active service.
Patrick of Millbrook married Kate Brady, daughter of James Brady of Naas on 23.01.1917 at
the Roman Catholic Church in Naas. Patrick died 26.01.1965.

7 Thomas Goulding born 16.07.1890 at Ballysax, Kildare. Thomas of Suncroft married Mary
Leavy daughter of Thomas Leavy on 08.09.1917 at the Roman Catholic Church, Naas. He
played Gaelic football for Kildare and was on the winning team in the Leinster final against
Dublin in 1919. Tom was in the Irish Army before taking a job as a groom with Messrs Gill
& Synott at their racing and training stables in Naas. In 1939 he went as head groom to
Denis Darley of Prospect in Sallins. Thomas died at Kildare hospital on 15.01.1954 after
receiving a kick from a horse. He was buried at New Abbey Cemetery, Kilcullen. He was
survived by his wife Mary and two sons - John & Joseph. Mary died 22.06.1966 and was
buried with her husband.
8 Mary Goulding born 19.05.1893 at Ballysax, Kildare at home in 1911. Mary died 21.12.1921
at Ballysax and was buried at New Abbey cemetery.
9 Joseph Goulding born 09.03.1896 at Old Kilcullen at home in 1911. He married Winfred
Maher in 1947. Joseph died at Ballysax on 07.04.1956 and was buried at New Abbey.
