James Fitzharris born circa 1806. He was a tailor and publican living at Galloping Green, he died 30 Oct 1858
and was buried at Stillorgan graveyard and his wife carried on the publican business until at least 1868.
James had a sister Elizabeth who was buried in the same grave, as was his father and his son John. Mary
died 20 May 1877 at Patrick Street in Kingstown and was buried at Deansgrange.
1 James Fitzharris, a tailor of Williamstown married Maryanne Kelly, of Waltham Terrace daughter of
Henry Kelly and Mary Carroll at Booterstown RC Church on 28 Apr 1860. He and his wife was accused by
his mother of robbing 500L in Guineas from her in 1866. Charges against his wife were dropped but he
was indicted and found not guilty.
2 Patrick (Pat) Fitzharris born circa 1838 married Margaret O’Neill, a widow from Irishtown and daughter of
William Brophy at Sandymount RC Church on 8 Jul 1866. He was a tailor and died 15 Aug 1885 at
Galloping Green and was buried at Stillorgan. Margaret of Newtown Park died 21 Oct 1895 aged 60 and
was buried at Deansgrange. Philip Byrne of Galloping Green took care of the funeral arrangements.
1 Thomas Fitzharris born 16 Dec 1869 at Galloping Green. He was a labourer and died a bachelor at
Loughlinstown Workhouse on 9 Jun 1899 late of Galloping green and was buried at Deansgrange.
3 Elizabeth Fitzharris married Michael Nolan, a shop-keeper off Stradbrook and son of David Nolan, a farmer
at Booterstown RC Church on 22 Jun 1864.
4 Anna Maria Fitzharris born circa 1850 married Christopher Hayden, a bricklayer/stone mason of Sandyford
and son of Edward Hayden, a bricklayer and his wife Johanna at Booterstown RC church on 29 Jun 1866.
They were living in North Stillorgan in 1901.

2 Christopher Hayden born circa 1874 died 27 Mar 1876 at Brewery Cottages.
3 James Hayden born 19 Aug 1879 at Galloping Green.
