01.03.1901 aged 68 years and Emma died on 07.07.1919 aged 67 years both at 19 Belgrave
Square North, Monkstown. He was rector of Stillorgan from 1856 to 1872.
4 John Trew Gray of 8 Blessington Street born 09.04.1834 and baptised at St Mary’s Church,
Dublin. John married Cecille Kempson in London in 1882. John died 09.01.1905 late of
Longcroft, Hayward Heath, Sussex.
5 Margaret Gray eldest daughter married Rev James John Newbold youngest son of Robert
Newbold MD of Carnew, Wicklow on 24.09.1857 at Stillorgan Church. The ceremony was
performed by her brother Rev Thomas S. Gray. James died on 04.04.1872 at Clonbroney

Thomas S. Gray. David formerly of St Murus, Fahan, Donegal died on 12.08.1902 at 1 Lower
Merrion Street. Anne died 08.01.1929.

Rector of Stillorgan Rev Thomas S. Gray the brother of the bride. William died on 08.02.1864
aged 33 years at his residence 51 Mountjoy Square, Dublin.
8 Janet Louisa (Jessie) Gray worn circa 1845 married Huband George Gregg, of Oldtown, County
Longford at Monkstown Church on 19 Sep 1873. Jessie died 1 Sep 1881at Lonford and Huband
secondly married Violet Josephine Pilkington daugher of Frederick Pilkington.

9 Adelaide Gray married Richard Pim of Alma, Monkstown son of James Pim on 01.08.1870 at
Monkstown Church. The ceremony was performed by Rev Thos. Sill Gray. Adelaide died
15.01.1890 at Stradbrook Hall. Richard then married Emily (Minnie) Chetham-Strode
daughter of the late A. Chetham-Strode of Wairuna, Upper Norwood, London on 04.02.1891 at
St Andrew’s Church, Stamford Hill. Richard died 29.05.1911 at Stradbrook Hall.
10 Harriette Gray youngest daughter married James William Copland youngest son of Chas.
Copland of Longford Terrace, Monkstown on 16.06.1869 at Monkstown Church. The
ceremony was performed by Rev Thomas S. Gray the Rector of Stillorgan. Harriette of
Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin died on 13.07.1914. James, a well -known Stockbroker died on
02.06.1924 at 41 St Stephens Green East, Dublin.
