Charles Wilson son of John Wilson and Sydney Booth of Roosk, Co Meath married Eleanor
Hayden on 15.01.1851 at the Roman Catholic Church at Naas, Co Kildare. Ellen was the
daughter of Edward Hayden. Charles's father died intestate in 1856 leaving over 100K in
personal estate. A court case ensued to determine if Charles and his sister Mary Gall were
legitimate. In 1858 The Crown granted Charles £22827 in government stock from his father's
estate. They moved to Woodview, Stillorgan in 1864. Charles Wilson died on 25.11.1865
at Woodview and left nearly 3k in personal estate. The interest and dividends from the
government stock passed to Ellen on Charles' death and thereafter to their children.

2 Edward Wilson baptised on 02.03.1854 at Sillagh, Co Kildare.
3 Mary Anne Wilson baptised 21.03.1855 at Dunboyne married William Peter Garnett of
Green Park, Dunshaughlin and son of Henry Garnett on 25 Aug 1879. They moved to
Baysight, Long Island, New York.
1 Rothwell Charles Garnett born 10.02.1885 baptised in the parish of St Ignatius Loyola,
Manhattan in 1885.
4 Charles Wilson baptised 11.07.1859 at Dunboyne. On reaching the age of 21 he
received 2K from his father's estate. He emigrated to Chicago.

5 Eleanor Sarah Wilson of Roosk House married John James Livesay of the Bengal Civil Service
son of Edward Livesay a solicitor on 27.12.1881 at St Ann’s Church, Dublin.
1 Florinda Henrietta Livesay born 16.02.1886 at 23 Corrig Avenue.
6 Florence Caroline (Carrie) Wilson born circa 1863. She was educated at a convent in Belgium
where she had an accident which damaged her hip. She lived with her step sister Flo at 45
Renwern Road in London. She died 6 weeks after surgery on her damaged hip from blood
poisoning on 27.03.1891 aged 28. Her Will was contested by her sister Mary Anne Garnett.
Eleanor secondly married Charles Edward Livesay of Cosslough, Mayo by Special licence at Woodview,
Stillorgan on 02.08.1867. The marriage was registered in Stillorgan Parish Church. Charles was
living at Glenart Avenue, Blackrock and was the son of Edward Livesay. Ellen and her second husband
continued to live at Woodview until 1869. Charles Livesay died on 21.09.1877 at Rooske, Dunboyne.
After Charles death, Ellen moved to Dunmore in Glenageary. In 1881 Ellen and her family were in
Switzerland and by 1891, they were living in Kensington, London. Ellen late of Roosk, Dunboyne died
in 1907 in Brighton. Probate to Rothwell Garnett.
1 Florida Henrietta Livesay married Felix Anthony De Bussiene at Marylebone on 1899. Florence
died 21.01.1907, eleven days after her mother.
2 Edward Richard Eustace Livesay born 20.05.1869 at Wood View, Stillorgan joined the King's Royal
Rifle Corps (8th Battalion). Late of Washington he died circa 1906.
Sarah Hayden a sister of Eleanor married Miles Fay on 08.11.1859 at the RC Chapel in Naas.
1 Miles Fay son born 13.09.1865 at Woodview, Stillorgan.
