on 08.12.1930 aged 44 years at Baggot Street Hospital late of Mountrath, Laois.

1901. In 1911 Phyllis was working as a nursery governess for the Lyburn family at
Simmonscourt. Phyllis living at Milverton, Skerries married William Isaac Stapleton
a tennis professional of 1 Eglinton Terrace, Donnybrook son of William Stapleton on
14.12.1912 at St Mary’s Church, Donnybrook. Witnesses Sarah Annie Thompson,
