John Lalouette (Lalloway) a labourer of Academy Street, Navan son of Patrick Laleway. He
married Mary McKeon of Dunmac daughter of Patrick McKeon in 1884. In 1901 John was
a coachman working for Charles Frederick Cobbe Beresford, a colonel in the Royal Engineers
at Ashtown, near Castleknock. In 1910 John was working as a coachman for the Verschoyle
family of Woodley Park. John was charged with having stolen a cheque - value £17 2s 9d,
from Edward McTernan a servant in the employ of the Verschoyles on 23rd May 1910. John
with an address at Sigurd Street, Stoneybatter admitted that he had cashed the cheque on
the request of his fellow servant. He had gone on a drinking bout, fallen asleep and lost the
money. He was given three months hard labour. Mary worked as a ladies nurse, she tried
but failed, to repay any of the money taken. John died 18.06.1918 at 44 Aughrim Street.
Mary died 09.08.1945 at St Kevin's Hospital late of 44 Aughrim Street. Both are buried at
Glasnevin.

26.09.1915 at the Roman Catholic Church, Aughrim Street, Dublin. Bridget died on
16.06.1928 aged 35 years at 44 Aughrim Street
