Henry Dwyer of Trafalgar Terrace son of Francis Dwyer married Emily Sophia Harrison on
13.07.1852 at Monktown Parish Church. Emily was only daughter of Major James Harrison with
the EICS and of Longford Terrace. Henry was a solicitor with offices at Talbot Street. They lived
at Bellevue, Merrion from 1860 to 1861and at Chesterfield from 1862 to 1876. Henry was
Churchwarden of the Parish of Booterstown in 1870. In 1881 the family were living at
Leicestershire and by 1891 in Kensington, London. Henry died at 14 Grosvenor Gardens, St
Leonards-on Sea on 19.09.1899 and Emily died 20.08.1901 at 136 Marina, St Leonards-on-Sea.
1 Francis James Harrison Dwyer born 17.06.1854 at Bangor, North Wales. Francis, a farmer
married Hannah Annie Davis circa 1881.
2 Henry Hamilton Dwyer born 19.09.1855 at Salt Hill, Dublin. Henry of Hoylake married Amy
Catherine King 2nd daughter of late John King of Lymm on 07.06.1894 at St Peter’s Church,
Oughtrington.
3 Robert St John Dwyer 3rd son born 18.11.1860 at Bellevue, Merrion, Dublin. Robert married
Marguerite Ellen Hicks elder daughter of Thomas Hicks on 28.02.1899 at the Parish Church at
St Leonards-on-Sea.
4 Hubert De Burgh (Douglas) Dwyer youngest son born 30.07.1862 at Chesterfield, Booterstown,
Dublin. Hubert MRCS LRCP of Blackfriars married Lydia Ann Brown younger daughter of
Thomas Brown of Fulham and granddaughter of late Rev Thomas Calvert of Cumberland on
18.04.1900 at All Saints, Fulham.
