Shamrock Villas. Edward died unmarried on 27.07.1912 aged 77 years at 9 Shamrock Villas.

2 Catherine Waters born circa 1836 married John Sandes a Solicitor of Listowel son of John
Sandes on 26.10.1865 at St George’s Church, Dublin. Witnesses: James De Renzi Waters and
Henry Sandes. Catherine died 27.01.1870 aged 34 years at Listowel.
3 John De Renzi Waters 2nd son born circa 1835 a Sub Agent for the Bank of Ireland married
Lizzie Lopdell eldest daughter of Dominick Lopdell on 24.03.1863 at St Thomas’s Church,
Dublin. Witnesses: John D Waters and Dominick Lopdell. Lizzie died of consumption on
07.03.1869 aged 26 years at Church Street, Cavan and John died 02.01.1915 aged 75 years at
Recess, Temple Hill, Blackrock.
1 John Henry Edward Waters born circa 1865 married Florence Grace Maud Andrews
daughter of William Andrews of Wexford on 24.10.1887 at Rathaspeck Parish Church
Wexford. Witnesses: R Waters and H.G.B. Porter.
2 Eveline Constance Waters born circa 1866 and died unmarried 08.12.1945 late of
Sussex.
3 Richard Waters born circa 1867 a Bank Official in Bank of Ireland living at Recess,
Blackrock. Richard had taken a lift to work the morning of 25.04.1916 from a Captain
of the Royal Army Medical Corps and was shot in the ambush on Mount Street as the
car crossed the bridge. He died later that day at Sir Patrick Dun’s Hospital aged 48
years and is buried at Deansgrange.
4 William Haviland Waters born circa 1849 married Frances Anne Wilson of 5 Vernon Terrace
daughter of John Wilson on 30.08.1892 at St George’s Parish Church, Dublin. Witnesses:
John William Wilson and John Humfrey Aquilla Overend. William, a Head Clerk in Guinness’s
Brewery died on 20.01.1922 aged 73 years at 9 Shamrock Villas. Informant: Frances Waters
5 Harriette Waters youngest daughter born 03.03.1851 of 18 Upper Sherrard Street, Dublin
married Benjamin William Allen youngest son of late Richard Allen of Wexford on 06.02.1878
at St George’s Church, Dublin. Benjamin a Bank Official died on 14.10.1918 aged 65 years at
Bloomfield, Donnybrook late of Tipperary.
