Thomas Day married Mary Halliday
1 Thomas Day born 15 May 1869 at Ferbane, King's County. He was a labourer living at
Kilmacud and married Mary Jane Byrne on 17 Aug 1901 at St Laurence's Church,
Kilmacud. Mary was living at Kilmacud and was the daughter of John Byrne, a labourer.
They lived at 1 Jollys Lane and had at least eight children. Thomas died 28 Dec 1949
at 54 Beaufield Park and is buried in Deansgrange. His son Thomas the informant.
Mary Jane died at Beaufield Park aged 90 in 1974 and is buried with her husband.
1 Mary Margaret Day born 12 Aug 1902 at Kilmacud. She lived at Jolly's
Lane and worked as a domestic servant in Leopardstown Park Hospital
in 1926.
2 Thomas Francis Day born 9 Sep 1904 at Deansgrange was a civil
servant.
3 James Joseph Day born 18 Aug 1916 at Kilmacud.
4 Jane Elizabeth Day born 7 Nov 1921 at Kilmacud.

2 John Joseph Day born 27.04.1871 at Ferbane, King's County, son of Thomas Day and
Mary Haliday. He was a road gaffer originally from Ferbane, and a widower when he married Mary Jane
McCabe on 11.02.1900 at St Laurence's Chapel in Kilmacud. Mary was the daughter of Daniel
McCabe and Bridget Short originally from Wicklow and of Stillorgan in 1900. They were living at
Jolly's Lane in 1908 and on the Stillorgan Road in 1911.

4 Peter Day born 26.10.1904 at Stillorgan and died 27.10.1906 aged 2 years at Kilmacud
and is buried at Deansgrange.

6 Patrick Day born 26.01.1907 and died on 26.08.1908 aged 18 months at Stillorgan and
is buried at Deansgrange.
