Terence Cousins son of Terence Cousins and Rosanna Maher married Mary Kelly
daughter of Tom Kelly in 1885 at Tomacork. Terence was a gardener and herd and worked
for the Darley family of The Grange. He died 23.02.1914 at Galloping Green and he was
buried at Deansgrange. The informant Annie Cousins. The family lived at Grange Cottages
from 1898. Mary died 13.12.1926, the informant Essie Cousins and she was buried with
her husband.
1 Terence Cousins born 14.12.1885 at Upper Croneyhorn, Wicklow. In 1901
Terence was with his uncle and grandmother Kelly in Croneyhorn. In 1911 he
was living at Galloping Green. Terence a dairy cart driver died unmarried at
Kilteragh, Foxrock on 13.12.1914 aged 28 years. He was poisoned by gas fumes
from a bucket of coke in his bedroom and is buried at Deansgrange with his
mother.

Galloping Green.
3 Mary Cousins (Cozens) born 23.06.1888 at Croneyhorn, Wicklow. 1901/1911 at
Galloping Green.
4 Thomas Cousins born 30.04.1890 at Murphystown. In 1901/1911 at Galloping
Green.
5 Norah Cousins born 21.12.1891 at Murphystown. In 1901 at Galloping Green.
6 Esther (Essie) Cousins born 23.03.1894 at Murphystown. In 1901/1911 at Galloping
Green.
7 Richard Joseph Cousins born 15.04.1896 at Stillorgan. He was living at Galloping
Green in 1901. He enlisted in 1919 and served with the Royal Artillery in India and
Egypt. Service Numbers 119689 and 1041011. He was at Meeanee Barracks,
Hyderabad, Sind, India in 1921.
8 Margaret Cousins born 07.06.1898 at Stillorgan. In 1901 at Galloping Green.
9 Andrew Cousins born 01.02.1901 at Galloping Green. In 1901/1911 at Galloping
Green. Andrew joined the British Royal Navy and served until 1930. He was living at
319 Camden Road, Lower Holloway, Islington in 1939 and died unmarried in 1958.
