Thomas Courtney of Pembroke Street, Dublin son of late Captain Thomas Courtney and
nephew of the Right Hon Baron Lefroy married Jane Morris eldest daughter of Martin
Morris of Spiddle, Galway.

2 George Christopher Oldfield Courtenay born 11.06.1846 at 1 Upper Pembroke
Street and baptised at St Peter’s Church.
3 James Reginald Courtenay born 05.06.1847 at 1 Upper Pembroke Street and
baptised at St Peter’s Church.
4 Arthur Henry Courtenay third son born 16.10.1852 at 14 Fitzwilliam Square and
baptised at St Peter’s Church. Arthur of The Grange, Antrim married May Ellen
Mildmay Fullerton 2nd daughter of David Fullerton of Pennington, Hants on
13.01.1875 at Aynhoe, Northamptonshire. Arthur was called to the Bar and
appointed Master of the Common Pleas in 1883. They lived at Trimleston from
1910 to 1912 and later moved to Wimbledon. Colonel Arthur H Courtenay of
the Sottish Riffles died in Tunbridge Wells in May 1927. His funeral was held at
Teddington Church, Lymington. May died in Battersea in 1931.

2 Thomas David Henry Courtenay born 27.02.1884 at 14 Fitzwilliam Square
and died on 04.01.1885 aged 10 months and is buried at Mount Jerome.
3 Audrey Frances Courtenay born 12.02.1892 at 14 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin.
5 Emily Julia Caroline Courtenay only daughter born 13.10.1854 at 14 Fitzwilliam
Square East and baptised at St Peter’s Church. Julia married Captain William
Augustus Frederick Blakeney son of Edward Hugh Blakeney on 09.06.1880 at St
Stephen’s Church, Dublin. Emily died on 02.11.1926 and is buried at Mount
Jerome.
6 Frederick William Courtenay 5th son born 28.01.1859 at 14 Fitzwilliam Square
baptised at St Peter’s Church and died of Typhoid Fever on 16.04.1879 at same
place aged 20 years and is buried at Mount Jerome.
