James Byrne, a labourer of Kilmacud and son of Patrick Byrne, a labourer married Catherine (Kate)
Robinson at St Laurence’s Church, Kilmacud on 22 Aug 1881. Kate was the daughter of James
Robinson, a labourer and was living at Kilmacud working as a servant. By 1901 she was a widow and
working as a char woman. She was probably the sister of James Robinson who was living at Kilmacud
in 1901 (No 46 Stillorgan). Catherine was living at Stillorgan with her daughter Mary in 1911.
Catherine died 7 May 1920, her daughter Margaret the informant.
1 Mary Anne Byrne born 31 Dec 1882 at Stillorgan was living on the Kilmacud Road in 1911 with
her mother and working as a servant.
2 Margaret Byrne born 19 Jan 1885 at Stillorgan was living with her mother and sister in Stillorgan
in 1901.
