2 Katherine Maria Butler only daughter born circa 1836 married James Vincent Greene a Wine
Merchant of Castle Street on 05.08.1858 at Church of St John, Blackrock. James died on
25.07.1872 aged 44 years and Catherine died on 04.09.1872 aged 36 years both at
Castledawson Avenue, Williamstown.

a Wine & Spirit Merchant of Ormond Quay in 1867.

Neary of 61 Wellington Street eldest son of Christopher Neary JP of Monvallett, Louth on
23.08.1893 at the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown. Witnesses: Thomas J Everitt and
Margaret Butler. John died from Typhoid on 24 Jun 1895 aged 24 at 1 Avoca Terrace, Blackrock.
1 Mary Butler Neary born 17 Jul 1894 at 41 Wellington Road was at school in Mount Anville
in 1911.
Mary secondly married Thomas Joseph Everitt at the Sacred Heart Church, Donnybrook on
10.12.1906. Thomas lived at Thomastown House, Duleek, Co Meath. Mary spent at least three
months in St Vincent's Private Hospital, Leeson Street in 1911.
