Robert Bradlaw son of Henry and Breney Bradlaw (Brudno) born in Covna, Russia circa 1839.
In 1881 Robert was living in Ireland and was a draper and financial agent working for
Frederick Barrett, jeweller and money lender of Liverpool. His family were living in Liverpool
where Hannah ran a confectionery and Tobacconist shop. By 1894 the family were in Ireland.
In 1901 they were living in Harrington Street and in 1903 they were at Beaufield, Stillorgan.
Robert was a prominent member of the Jewish community in Ireland and established a small
Synagogue (Hebroth) at St Kevin's Parade and became its president. He was a founder director
of the Jewish Meat & Provisions Company in 1894 which liquidated a few years later.
A deputation led by John Rosenthal in 1903 presented Robert with a silver salver to celebrate
the 20th Anniversary of his Presidency of the Jewish Burial Society and in recognition of his
many services to the community including the cause of Jewish internments at Dolphin’s Barn
Cemetery. He with others purchased the land in 1898 from money raised by private
subscriptions. Robert died 27.02.1904 late 4 Harrington Street and Beaufield, Stillorgan.

in 1892 in Nottingham. Izidore died on 22.10.1933 aged 68 years and Juliet died on
19.11.1949 aged 78 years both at 67 Brighton Road, Terenure.
1 Cyril Henry Jacob Bradlaw only child born 15.05.1894 at 21 Brighton Square,
Rathmines was a medical practitioner and ship's surgeon and retired in 1930.
He died a bachelor on 14.12.1949 at Brighton Road.

1897 at Bedwellty, Monmouthshire, England.

25.10.1918 aged 41 years.

He practiced in England and was knighted in 1950.
