1838 - 1845 and 1898-1913 place it in the townland of Dundrum and it
is annotated as Wickham & Wyckham respectively.
GENERAL For let or interest in the lease to be sold in 1809 on 17 acres. It was
described as an elegant house five years old and the demesne beautifully planted with several
thousand evergreen and timber trees. It had a coach house for two coaches and stabling for ten
horses. It was known as Wickham by 1809 and was for sale in 1896 on 43 acres.

VALUATION In 1884 the valuation was 135 pounds and in the 1901 census it is
noted as having 26 rooms occupied by the family.
