GENERAL It was for sale in 1884 on 5 acres described as a charming villa, with 3
reception rooms, four bedrooms, dressing rooms, servants apartments, stables, a coach house and
it had a carriage drive with gatelodge entrance. It also had a good garden with fruit trees and
vegetables. By 1896 it also had tennis grounds.
