Edwards Ward married Jane Smith circa 1825. Jane died 12 Apr 1871 at Alcove Cottage, Barnhill
Road, Dalkey and was buried at Deansgrange. Sarah Jane Archer the informant. Edward was an
officer in HM Customs, Dublin and was retired by 1871. He died 13 Feb 1873 at 9 Lombard Street
and was buried at Deansgrange with his family. Informant Sarah Jane Archer of 9 Lombard Street.
Henry Archer made the funeral arrangements.

17 Dec 1849 at the Registrar’s Office, City of Dublin. She was resident at 42 Abbey Street,
Mary's Parish. Henry was the son of William Archer of 42 Abbey Street.
2 Joseph Ward baptised at the Pro Cathedral on 1 Aug 1832.
3 William Smith Ward baptised at the Pro Cathedral on 1 Apr 1835 died a bachelor at Littleton,
Stillorgan on 10 Jan 1871. He was buried at Deansgrange. John Burke made the funeral
arrangements.
4 Robert Ward born circa 1842 died 16 Jul 1868 at South Sandycove, Kingstown and was
buried at Deansgrange.
