Thomas Davis born circa 1866 in Wexford son of Thomas Davis, a gardener and his wife Mary
Reede of Kiltennel, Gorey Co Wexford.  He was a gardener of Lissenhall, Nenagh, and
married Isabella Johnston on 04.01.1892 at Baronscourt Parish Church, Tyrone.  Isabella was
a dairymaid of Dunteague and the daughter of James Johnston. Thomas was a gardener and
they lived at the Gate Lodge at Cherbury in 1901.  By 1911 they were living at Monkstown
Avenue and one of their two children had survived. Thomas died 05.05.1924 at Springville
Cottage, Stradbrook late of Kiltennel, Gorey, Co Wexford,  the informant his son John.  Isabella
died 17.08.1939 at Dr Steeven’s Hospital, late of Parnell Street, Dublin.  She is buried at
Mount Jerome.

1        James Sproule Davis born 24.02.1893 at Parke, Toomevara, Nenagh, Tipperary.  James
          a steward at Oakley Park, Celbridge married Susan Graham of 79 Booterstown Avenue
          daughter of Francis Graham on 21.04.1920 at St Philips and St James’s Parish Church,
          Blackrock.
