Robert Lambert born circa 1878 at Omagh, Tyrone son of Thomas Lambert.  He was working
as a butler in 1901 in Bray for Mrs Sophia Frances Caldwell.  Robert married Martha McNeice,
a widow on 22.03.1913 at St George’s Church, Belfast.  Martha was the daughter of David
Edgar, a farmer and the widow of William John McNeice.  They had worked together at
Dalguise, ​Monkstownin 1911, Robert as a butler and Maria* as a ladies maid for Amelia
Kennedy.  Robert and Martha were living at Belgrave Terrace, Blackrock in 1926.  Robert
died at Randalstown, Antrim, late of Monkstown and Randalstown.  Martha died 29.01.1946
at Randalstown, Co Antrim.


*Martha Edgar daughter of David Edgar was a ladies maid in Dalguise when she married
William John McNeice of Victoria Road, Belfast son of Thomas McNiece in 1900 in Monkstown.
Witnesses Matilda Allen a housemaid at Dalguise and James Rorke.  William died in 1905 in
Dungannon.
