Martin O’Halloran born circa 1875 in Co Clare son of Thomas O'Halloran. He was a gardener
at Beaufield, Stillorgan and married Elizabeth Ffrench on 20.10.1902 at Holy Cross Chapel,
Dundrum. Elizabeth was resident at 18 Pembroke Cottages, Dundrum and the daughter of
Henry James Ffrench, a Naval Reserve. Witnesses Mary Delaney and Philip Kearney. Philip
was also a gardener at Beaufield. By 1911 the family were living at the gatelodge at
Carrickbrennan and Martin worked for Colonel George Arthur Hughes until his death in 1926.
Elizabeth died at Monkstown Hospital late of Abbeyview House, Monkstown on 5 May 1932.
Martin died 29 Mar 1958 at The Hospice, Harold's Cross late of St Enda's Park, Rathfarnham.
Both are buried at Deansgrange.
1 Eileen May (Mary) O’Halloran born 04.05.1904 at Owenstown, Dundrum never married.
2 Ellen (Helena) O’Halloran born 16.10.1912 at the Rotunda, parents resident at
Carrickbrennan. She was living at 2 Seaview Terrace, Dun Laoghaire and married James
Walsh on 31 Aug 1949 at St Patrick's Church, Monkstown.
