William Irvine of Prospect Hill, Fermanagh married Eliza Phillips circa 1821. Eliza was
the daughter of Henry Philips. William died died 22.07.1847 at his residence Prospect
Hill, Carrickmines and Eliza died 25.02.1884 at Torquay in Devon.
1 William Irvine eldest son born 28.07.1822 at Bundoran a Barrister educated Trinity
College. William married Elizabeth Willington daughter of James Willington of Castle
Willington, Tipperary on 13.08.1868 at Ballymackey Church, Tipperary. Elizabeth died
on 07.02.1895 at Prospect House and is buried at Kilternan.
William a widower married secondly Anne Catherine Frances Young eldest daughter
of Alexander Thomas Young of Coolkeiragh, Londonderry on 11.06.1896 at Killybegs
Parish Church, Donegal. William last surviving son died on 12.01.1913 at Prospect Hill,
Carrickmines. Probate to wife Annie. Anne died on 29.11.1920 of Prospect Hill,
Carrickmines and they are buried at Kilternan.
2 Elizabeth Irvine eldest daughter died unmarried on 22.01.1892 at Cheltenham formerly
of 10 Portland Terrace, Torquay, Devon afterwards of 2 Southampton Place,
Cheltenham, Gloucester and late of 21 Rodney Terrace, Cheltenham.
3 John Charles Irvine 3rd son born circa 1825 married Ellen Cotton 3rd daughter of
Francis R Cotton of Allenton, Dublin on 12.06.1851 at Tallaght Church. John died on
21.03.1905 at Epsom, Auckland, New Zealand.
4 Jane Irvine 2nd daughter died on 09.09.1837 at Bundoran.
5 Letitia Irvine married Robert Hobart Montgomery of the Knocks, Naas, Kildare on
28.10.1862 at St Thomas’ Church. Robert died on 20.02.1868 at Kenilworth Square.
1 Letitia Montgomery born 14.01.1867 at 5 Kenilworth Square East.
6 Hazlett Irvine admitted to Woolwich Royal Military Academy in 1846. Colonel Hazlett
died on 07.02.1887 in London.
