Henry Osborne (Harry) Harley born circa 1847. He was the son of Henry Harley, civil
servant in the Collector General's Office and Julianna Murphy of Clonroad, Ennis and
Sydney Avenue, Blackrock. Henry of 2 Phoenix Terrace, Blackrock married Annie Jane
Kellett of 36 Lower Gloucester Street on 07.02.1868 at St Thomas' Church, Dublin. Annie
was the second daughter of Richard Kellett of Ballinadrimna, Co Meath. They initially lived
at Alexandra Terrace in Donnybrook and lived at Campfield Terrace from 1871 to 1876.
Henry a civil servant was appointed chief clerk of the GPO in 1886. He later acted as
assistant secretary and Inspector of mails. He was appointed Postmaster and Surveyor of
Manchester and District in 1892. Henry late of Dromore House, Ennis died 13.10.1900 at
Dingle Bank West, Bowdon, Cheshire and Annie died 14.02.1913 at Streatham, London.

Dundrum. Richard married Margaret Isabella Smith Meighen on 01.12.1904 in
Montreal, Canada.

3 May Alice Osborne Harley eldest daughter born 20.11.1872 at Campfield Terrace
Dundrum. May married Ernest Louis Marsh son of Major Marsh on 29.09.1903 at
Holy Trinity Cathedral, Shanghai.
4 Major Osborne Walter Harley of the Army Service Corps 3rd son born 31.05.1874 at
1 Campfield Terrace, Dundrum. Osborne married Faith Hargreaves only daughter of
the late John Kenny Hargreaves on 27.06.1908 at Christ Church, Victoria Street,
London.
5 Annie Julia Osborne Harley 2nd daughter born 10.01.1877 at 4 Brighton Road, Rathgar
married Harold Harker Taylor son of John Taylor of Kilmorie, Torquay on 27.02.1901
at Christ Church, Lancaster Gate.

Henry Osborne (Harry) Harley born circa 1847. He was the son of Henry Harley, civil
