John Fitzgerald born circa 1812 son of Michael Fitzgerald and Mary Greene of Mullineen
(Mollaneen), Co Clare.  He father was possobly an agent to the Synge family.  He was
educated in Ennis and admitted Kings Inns in 1834.  He married Grace Woods on 24 Oct 1839
at Mary’s, Dublin.  Grace was the only daughter of John Woods of Blessington Street.  John
lived at Gracefield and had offices at 35 Marlborough Street from 1844.  He was a
churchwarden of Booterstown in 1862.  John of Gracefield died 17 Apr 1867 at Great
Brunswick Street.  Probate to Rev Augustine Fitzgerald (later Dean of Armagh and previously
curate of Stillorgan) of The Glebe, Portadown and his wife Grace.  He left 14k in personal estate. 
Grace died 31 Dec 1898 at Gracefield, probate to Rev Augustine Fitzgerald and Richard Hone. 
Grace left 13k in personal estate.  No issue found.
