Charles William Burne born circa 1860 in Dublin was a gardener married Barbara Keith Stott
daughter of Andrew Stott and Barbara Keith on 05.05.1888 Chapel En Le Frith, Derbeyshire.
In 1891 the family lived in Chapel En Le Firth and in 1901 at Sandymount Dublin. By 1908
they were living at Churchtown House. Barbara died at Churchtown House on 21.08.1916
and Charles died 20.09.1938 At Dr Steeven’s Hospital, late of 22 Brookfield Road, Kilmainham.
1 William John Burne born circa 1889 at Chapel En Le Firth. In 1911 William was working
as a Journeyman Gardener at Woodlands, Clonsilla.
2 Lucy Burne born circa 1892 England. In 1911 Lucy was working for the Figgis family in
Greystones.
3 Louisa Burne born circa 1894 England. In 1911 Louisa aged 17 years was working for the
Hardman family at Foxrock House.
4 Robert Wilton Burns born 22.03.1899 at Bellevue, Delgany. Robert of Fairholme,
Maddison Road, South Circular Road, Dublin married Kathleen Sarah Dolan of 10
Prospect Terrace, Kilmainham daughter of John William Dolan on 27.03.1926 at St
James Parish Church, Dublin.
5 Charles Burne born 24.12.1903 at 65 Pembroke Cottages, Donnybrook. Charles a clerk
died of meningitis on 05.10.1927 aged 23 years at Palmville, Templeogue. Informant K
Burne.
