Andrew Corcoran a butler son of James Corcoran married Elizabeth Ford daughter of
Bartholomew Ford a coachman in 1869.  In 1874 and 1875 Andrew was a gardener.  By 1878
he was a coachman and in 1901 was working for the Barringtons at Eden Park, Drummartin.  
By 1910 the family were living at Rosemount Terrace.

1           Daughter Corcoran born 05.09.1871 at Trimbleston Lodge, Roebuck. 

2           James Joseph Corcoran born 11.03.1874 and baptised at Dundrum.

3           Helen (Ellen) Stephanie Corcoran born 28.06.1875 at Manor House, Dundrum and
             baptised at Dundrum.  Ellen a post office assistant living on the Merrion Road 1901.

4           Eliza Corcoran born 10.04.1878 at Manor House, Dundrum.  Eliza married John Scanlan
             a widower and stud groom of Athgarvan son of William Scanlan on 04.11.1909 at the
             Roman Catholic Church at Newbridge, Naas.

5           Margaret Corcoran born 28.08.1883 at Manor House, Dundrum and died 29.08.1883 just
             1 day old at same place.
