GENERAL Mid 18th century non basement house. William Richard O'Byrne's leases
of Claremont, Hollywood and St Bernards were for sale through the encumbered court in 1883.
For sale in 1951 on over 4 acres 9 perches with three reception rooms, seven bedrooms, servants
quarters, coach house, gatelodge and stables. Arts and crafts-inspired timber porch a later
extension. Renovated circa 2007.

VALUATION In 1875 the valuation was 46 pounds and in the 1911 census it is
