GENERAL In 1823 it as for sale described as a commodious house in perfect condition.
It had a coach house for two carriages, stabling for five horses, hay and straw loft, harness room
and granary. It had pumps in the lock up yard. It also had fruit and vegetable gardens,
greenhouses and melon pits. The lease on the house on 3 acres was for sale in 1886, 1908 and
1911. In 1920 and 1937 it was for sale on 2 acres. It was no 52 Booterstown Avenue from 1882
to 1909.
YEAR BUILT circa 1823
VALUATION In 1882 it had a valuation of £55 and in the 1901 census it is noted as having
9 rooms occupied by family.
