Elizabeth Mary Bradly of Mount Down, Crumlin on 17.08.1841 at Crumlin. Eliza died
11.09.1842 at Rathsallagh, Wicklow.
1 Mary Jane Allen born circa 1842 at Rathsallagh, Wicklow baptised at Crumlin.
Thomas married secondly Catherine Brereton daughter of William Brereton in 1844
in Kildare and the family went to live in Australia.
2 John Dwyer Allen 2nd son born circa 1817. John a wine merchant married Sarah
Pleasant Stewart youngest daughter of J Stewart of Crown Street, Liverpool and
niece of Rev James McIvor, Fellow of Trinity college on 09.10.1845 at St Silas’s Church,
Liverpool. In 1871 the family were living at Hawkshead Street, North Mools, Ormskirk,
Lancashire. By 1881 they were living at Waterloo Park Eskdale, Great Crosby, West
Derby, Lancashire. In 1886 when Stewart got married they were living at Hill View,
Cheltenham. John died on 07.11.1891 aged 75 years at 8 York Terrace, Cheltenham.
1 Edith Maria Allen born circa 1848 married Robert Gorton Coombe elder son of
R Gorton Coombe 06.02.1873 at St Andrew’s Church, Southport.
2 Marian E Allen running a Boarding House at Royal Parade, Cheltenham in 1891.
3 Stewart Allen born circa 1853 eldest surviving son married Margaret Spencer
2nd daughter of Edwin Taylor of Filey and Bridlington, Yorkshire on 09.06.1886
at St James’s Church, Birkdale, Southport.
3 Anthony Philip Allen born circa 1819 married Mary Thomasina Stephens (on her 18th
birthday) eldest daughter of Thomas William Stephens on 07 .12.1843 at St Peter’s
Church, Dublin. Anthony died on 28.06.1883 aged 64 years at 14 Nassau Street late of
Logatrina and buried at St Nicholas’s Cemetery, Dunlavin. Probate to Anthony Allen of
Great Treffians Laracor, Meath.
4 Anne Jane Allen eldest daughter born circa 1823. Anna of 1 Upper Camden Street
married Robert Davis Cordner of Parliament Street on 15.01.1840 at St Peter’s Church,
Dublin. Robert died on 24.10.1876 aged 70 years at 6 Upper Garville Avenue and Anne
died on 13.02.1898 aged 75 years at 12 Grosvenor Square, Rathmines and are buried
at Mount Jerome.

5 William Ryves Allen youngest son born circa 1833. William Ryves Allen a wine
merchant of 4 Cope Street, Dublin married Hannah Maria Stewart eldest daughter of
James Stewart a wine merchant and grand-daughter of late Thomas Fuller of Prospect
House, Stocking Lane, Dublin on 15.04.1852 at St Silas’s Church, Liverpool.
1 Thomas Fuller Allen baptised 05.03.1854 at Holy Trinity, Wavertree, Liverpool.
Thomas was a wine spirit clerk.
2 William Stewart Allen baptised 06.06.1855 at St Mary’s Wavertree, Liverpool.
3 John Duckett Allen baptised 13.01.1856 at St John’s, Fairfield.
In 1861 the family lived at Gray Field, Huyton, Prescot and in 1871 at Laurel Road, West
Derby. They were back in Ireland by 1876 and living at Oakley Park, Blackrock, Dublin.
In 1880 gave instructions for the household furniture, outdoor effects, and the contents
of the wine cellar to be sold as they were moving to London. By 1881 they were living at
45 Lanark Villas, Paddington. William died on 20.03.1886 at 44 the Garden, Peckham,
Rye and Hannah died in 1891
