GENERAL A three bay three storey over basement property Montebello and the adjoining Qui-Si-Sana were constructed in the late eighteenth century. Built in typical Georgian style both houses are symmetric in form with restrained ornamentation and uniform wrought iron railings and gates.
YEAR BUILT Late eighteenth century.
VALUATION Valued in 1847 at £45 and in 1900 at £30. The reduction in value results from the conversion of the annex
in 1899 to a self-contained residence which bore the name Idrone Cottage and was rated at £9.
