Occupation Victualler. Member of the Grand Jury and Blackrock Urban Council.
A horse breeder, accused of ‘motorphobia’, he was instrumental in
charges being brought against a Mr Cochrane whom he accused of
speeding down Main St. Blackrock at 15mph.
Died 14 September 1912, Doncaster, Yorkshire.
